AutoScout24 is a german online car dealing website.
Matthias started as developer at the Werkstattportal, a company-internal startup that has a strong focus on the after sales car market. He was helping the team developing the portal for the garages following TDD, DDD and DevOps principles. He also worked on creating an OLAP-Cube to provide customer insights for the garages. Trying to improve the current setup he drove the FeatureBee-Initiative, the development of a service that allowed not only the Werkstattportal but the AutoScout24-Car Dealing platform a faster and easier feature testing and releasing.
He was developing c# using the .NET Framework following MVC and DDD patterns, JavaScript based on knockout.js and MVVM pattern, and MongoDB. For Datawarehousing he worked with Talend, Java, Oracle and Microsoft Analysis Server
