Companies are usually structured in such a way that a few have a lot of responsibility and most have too little. This hierarchical structure is a model that does not work very well with agile methods. We have come to the realization that tasks no longer need to be oriented around teams, but teams can form around stories & features. Teams that organize & optimize themselves and gain something that is so often missing in work: motivation & fun. We tell the story of a team that went this way.
